That kissing ball is gorgeous!! I’ve never heard of a kissing ball, but, I love it. I thought that sound was your husband sanding something lol.

Very pretty. I’m glad you mentioned the cat. At first, I thought it was you brush being loud, but the noise didn’t synch up. πŸ€ͺ

I love your watercolor tutorials! πŸ™‚ I want to let you know I found a foil quill pen (they have fine and bold point) at Michael’s. Those come with a little bit of gold foil. They are so neat! Heats up using USB port (I have one of those power strips with USB I got at Walmart on my craft/computer table). Then you tack it down good foil side up and slowly go over it writing on the foil with the pen. Very pretty and easy to do! They are $40 though but I got it for $16 with a 60% coupon. πŸ™‚ #NOSPONS! Just sharing something I discovered that I think would be great for accents especially over the watercolor paintings for the holidays!

Lovely, Lindsay! Did I hear you say you make kissing balls?!?! Can you possibly do a video on that? I have wanted to make one but seemed daunting.

  27. Fran Lynch on December 12, 2019 at 9:12 pm

    Great tutorial, just beautiful

  28. Gaina on December 12, 2019 at 9:13 pm

That’s a great basic design to ‘tweak’ for other seasons and occasions, isn’t it? 😊 I’ll give that a go. 😊

  29. Machine Fack on December 12, 2019 at 9:13 pm

Lindsay(or anyone else), I have a question, it’s off topic but I have no clue whom else to ask. I have a plastic flask I carried Everclear alcohol in, fuel for an alcohol burning stove. Is it safe for watercolors to carry water in now? I assume it is considering alcohol evaporates very fast…I just don’t wanna screw up works of art or expensive paint/supplies.
